Taking a small loan, you will buy a building within the city. Now you are the owner of this house and can rent out its premises for various businesses or simply for residents. To do this, you select your customers from the list and conclude a deal with them. They will pay you a certain amount of money to rent the premises. Having accumulated a certain amount, you will have to finish building more floors in the building. When they are ready you can also rent them out. So by performing these actions, you will gradually build a skyscraper. When you can no longer upgrade this building, then buy another piece of land. On it you can start building a new skyscraper. So gradually you will become a rich person.
